Customer's reviews
I have decided to write this review before i even take delivery of my car this much trust is earned from team 21
This garage is super professional especially tariq as i was dealing mainly with him over the phone all the time
Very professional they took the car
Tried their best to save me some cost of the parts that i needed to replace they even tried to fix the issue without replacing the parts as its would save me the cost they keep me updated on WhatsApp and they take care of all the cars and none of the cars stay outside the garage which is very important to many car owners me included!
Very nice costumer service
I will be recommending this place for all my friends and i will be sending my other car as well

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional and Honest Service!
Karsenz Total Car Care did an amazing job! I brought my Renault Duster here for a major mechanical and suspension overhaul, alongside getting the AC system fully sorted.
Mohamed and the team were incredibly professional, transparent, and thorough from day one. They completely transformed the vehicle—replacing the engine and gearbox mountings, front shock absorbers, steering tie rods, and installing a new AC compressor. They did an incredible amount of work and gave me a fantastic, very fair discounted package price for the whole job.
The car now drives perfectly smooth, all the cabin vibrations are completely gone, and the AC is blowing ice-cold in the peak summer heat. If you want a reliable, honest, and highly skilled workshop in Umm Ramool, look no further than Karsenz. Tremendous job!

Excellent Car Service Experience!
I recently had my car serviced and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the work needed, gave a clear estimate, and delivered everything on time.
The service quality was outstanding. They paid attention to every detail, I especially appreciated the transparency throughout the process and the honest recommendations, without any pressure for unnecessary add-ons.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and trustworthy car service. Great customer care, timely updates, and fair pricing. Will definitely return for future maintenance!
