I have decided to write this review before i even take delivery of my car this much trust is earned from team 21 This garage is super professional especially tariq as i was dealing mainly with him over the phone all the time Very professional they took the car Tried their best to save me some cost of the parts that i needed to replace they even tried to fix the issue without replacing the parts as its would save me the cost they keep me updated on WhatsApp and they take care of all the cars and none of the cars stay outside the garage which is very important to many car owners me included! I had a great experience with Karsenz Dubai branch. My car was thoroughly inspected and recommendations were given for a full service as it’s gonna reach 100k kms. I was given options with OE and OEM Spares . As I knew, the OEM spares are as good as the OE, I selected the OEM ones with competitive prices. Very genuine, knowledgeable and professional staffs. There was frequent reduction in coolant level in my Audi car but nowhere leakage was noticeable. Inspected at multiple garage but issue not traceable even after a week. Certainly heard about Karsenz total car care team and thought to visit this garage. Special thanks to Mr. Shehab. I did a full inspection of the car and found that there was an oil leak in the engine, and the leak was fixed. I also asked to change the spark plugs and the engine belt, and the front and rear brakes with polishing the discs. One of the best garage in the town…They are specialized in all auto mobile brand. My car was having an alternator issue along with some wiring problem. Both the issues were rectified and fixed in few days. Mr Franklin was very helpful throughout and he was contactable even after their working hours.
